Goods will not be dispatched until this pre-authorisation check has been completed.

All Watershed Discount vouchers can be redeemed on goods of a higher value on payment of the dierence in stores. Online Discount Vouchers can be used in the Watershed store. In-Store & Online discount vouchers have no monetary value. These vouchers are not transferable to anyone else. We regret that we cannot re-issue lost, stolen, mislaid or damaged Watershed discount vouchers. Discount vouchers will be subject to verication at time of presentation and each individual retailer reserves the right not to accept any vouchers that have or appear to have been forged, damaged, defaced or otherwise tampered with. No responsibility will be accepted for lost, stolen, or damaged Discount vouchers. Discount vouchers are valid for a limited period . We cannot extend vouchers that are near expiration. Our normal terms and conditions of purchase (as varied by these terms and conditions) apply to items supplied in connection to a Watershed Discount Voucher. All purchases via our website or telesales are subject to payment authorization.

You must be 18 years of age and over to enter the competition (unless otherwise stated). Lounge Stores Ltd retains the right to use collected information from competition entries for future marketing purposes. Collected data will not be shared with any 3rd parties. Draws are always at random, Watershed decision is nal. Watershed retains the right at all times to cancel the terms of the competition. Delivery and Returns

Delivery and Returns At watershedshop.co.uk we aim to oer a reliable delivery from dispatch. Goods are sent via Royal Mail. On occasions items may become lost in the post. Due to a policy enforced by our couriers we must wait 14 working days before we can issue another item or oer a refund. Under no circumstances will we resend goods until this time period elapses. As parcels are sent with Royal Mail, we cannot specify a time of delivery nor can you request any special instructions. If an item is sent to an address that you specied when ordering which turns out to be incorrect, we are not liable if this item does not reach you. watershedshop.co.uk cannot be accountable for any delays incurred whilst in transit with Royal Mail. Any orders placed over the weekend or on a bank holiday will not be dispatched until the next working day. All deliveries are given the utmost importance and we will aim to deliver you products on time. We cannot take responsibility for any lost or stolen parcels. Please contact us as soon as you can with any problems. Items can be returned in-line with our current returns policy; there will be a returns note in you parcel.
